In person Interpretation - Telephonic Interpretation - How does it work?
Simply dial our toll-free number from anywhere; if you are calling for Spanish or Creole, a live telephonic interpreter assists you instantly and interprets for you and the 3rd party. If you are calling for any other language we assume that you have made a reservation. The interpreter will be waiting for your call at the appointed date and time. If you wish, our interpreter can call you, and the third party. We always want to be a solution for you.  If you happen to have any connection problems, call our toll free number, and the operator will then connect you to an interpreter via a 3-way conference.

You need no special equipment - only a telephone. Once your account is activated, your telephonic interpretation length will only depend on your billing and language tracking requirements. On the client end, you can utilize a speakerphone, or an inexpensive two-handset phone solution available through FLS. Clients working “in the field” also utilize cell phones when no regular phone is available.
