In person Interpretation - Our On-Site Interpreters
All on-site interpreters go through an extensive credentialing process. This process includes motor vehicle check, criminal background check, and more. All on-site interpreters who meet our requirements receive an orientation manual, which includes patient assistance technique training, safety plans and much more. To ensure consistency of service, our recruitment and training standards are very high. New applicants are rigorously screened in both oral and written skills. Once recruited, all interpreters undergo an intensive induction program. We pay special attention to the continuing education of our interpreters in customer service skills, confidentiality issues, and customer-specialized terminology.

Our in-house training, apprenticeship and certification programs guarantee quality control. Our on-going training gives interpreters a more comprehensive understanding of language requirements in particular environments. Each interpreter is required to complete a minimum of one training sessions a year, to refresh their basic skills and build their knowledge of different industries.

All of our interpreters are bilingual/bicultural professionals, with the following qualities:
  • Well trained On-Site interpreters.
  • Knowledgeable in your industry specific terminology.
  • Monitored daily for quality.
  • Required to continue professional education.
  • Trained to listen to the speaker.
  • Trained to analyze a fleeting and yet real message in its entirety.
  • Trained to preserve the characteristics of form & substance inherent in other cultures.
